After years of over-exercising, low-fat diets, outdated food advice, and feeling exhausted, bloated and inflamed, I made some changes.
I educated myself, unlearned outdated advice and rebuilt my health through real-life solutions using whole-food targeted nutrition and a strength-based approach to movement.
Now, as a qualified Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist, I help women in mid-life, athletes of all ages, and everyday men and women do the same.

That’s why my motto is “SIMPLE”. I focus on an uncomplicated, straightforward approach to reduce confusion and overwhelm, helping you achieve real, lasting results.
HOLISTIC - Your health journey is unique, so I consider every part of your life - from your current exercise routine (including strength and cardio), energy levels, sleep quality, hydration and sunlight exposure, to your time constraints, work and family commitments, support system and lifestyle factors.
